Dili ka biya sa humba bro...hehehe!! sagdi nalang mao may namat-an red meat ubay2 gyud nag cholesterol pero bahala na bro noh? basta balance diet lang kaun og wheat bread og oatmeal mga high fiber foods na less sugar.. usaka bandihado syaro dili ma wash out ang kinaon after 6hrs...luto-e nalang na og humba ang e subak nimo kai meat magic daog gihapon..bitaw sagdi nalang na ako bitaw grandpa na hospital sa una sa Velez kai palainum ahhh! ni gawas nya ni inum sa atbang pag sunod simana Goodbye dayun..at least nalingaw siya og happy ending iya life..hahaha!!

pero kusog ko mokaon ug oatmeal awas2 gud na ang bowl!! dako man ko lamoy

what i've noticed is they always still have the complete meal but in smaller sizes & they have a calorie count too... basta when it comes to milk it should be non fat or less fat milk, use olive oil instead of regular & u may wana avoid those really fatty foods but if you get tempted just eat in small portions...i think fruit & veggies diet is a good advice...
