I've already searched and tasted all the available sylvannas in cebu, and for me, the best is the one baked by Mrs. Yu (Mrs. Marissa Unchuan, a very gracious lady) at Sto. Nino Village, Banilad, Cebu. Sus, grabe gyud kalami!

tojong street is that small street near ayala. its that small street beside infinity ktv, across isuzu.
