the library should be run by a foundation. some cebuano philanthropist out there should express his/her interest in maintaining a library in cebu that is accessible by the public. the library, under the hands of the local government, is i believe impractical for now. gamay ra kaayo mangadto and the budget allocation is better spend to some other more important projects that needs to be prioritized.

if we are to develop a cebuano spirit, somebody who is capable should step right in, to offer his/her part to the Cebuano Spirit.
