the server= naay 2 lan cards. and isa connected sa speedtouch modem sa dsl
and isa sa para sa router

the other computer= naa isa ka lan card

and router surecome 4 ports

ang cable gkan sa modem sa ISp e connect sa Wan sa router, usually internet na port ila e name ana sa router.
configure the router na DHCP then e connect ang computers sa swicth.

configure client computers na obtain ip address automatically, ang router na mo hatag ug IP ana nla.

no need for 2 lan cards on your server. basic config below.

bro, i tried using the routers directly. pero dili man gihapon. igo ra mo detect ang connection pero la internet connection. naay nag suggest that i will use 2 lan cards sa server. kinsa makatabang sa pag configure. thanks

set the lan cards as you would any.
say for the first card 192.168.0.2 connected to the modem
the second card 192.168.0.3 connected to the switch
the rest of the computers connected to the switch
you have to set internet connection sharing on the server and configure the rest of the computer to make your "server" the gateway. easiest for you to do is use connection wizard
