2.Amino 2222 180tabs - Essential Proteins - b4 and after workout
3.NO Xplode - nitric oxide - for muscle pump - pre-workout drink
4.CellMass - Creatine Drink - for strength and recovery - post-workout drink
5.Glutamin Powder or capsule - supress Cortisols (muscle destroying hormones) during workout. Drink before or after workout.

			This is my routine - bulking season
Breakfast 9am - 1 scoop of ON Whey, 1 teaspoon of glutamin powder, 2 bananas, (additional 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tblspn of BearBrand and Milo) and 1 tablet of Amino 222
11am - 1 scoop of NO Xplode, drink it 15 or 30 mins before workout
12:30nn - after workout, 1 scoop of CellMass with cold water, plus 1 tablet of Amino 222
1pm - Eat Lunch, 1 roasted chicken breast, 1 cup of rice, 1 cup Orange Juice plus 1 tablet Amino 222
4pm - mid afternoon meal - 1 roasted beef, 1 cup rice, pineapple tidbits, 1 tablet amino 222
7pm - dinner - same as lunch
10pm - dinner#2 - Steamed bangus with spices, 1 cup of rice, 1 Orange Fruit, 1 tablet Amino 222
12midnyt before sleep - same as breakfast.
