the healthcare field is the most stable amongst all...no matter what the economic status is! people always get sick. kung naa lay off, seldom sa hospitals or facilities magstart! unlike big companies or corporations...its unpredictable!

that's good news for the nurses currently working in hospitals. the set back is the fact that most people don't wanna become a nurse, and this is a constant struggle for hospitals and health care facilities not just in the US but around the world.

career = desire / dreams / goals / business oriented / let money work for you.
job = repeating actions / you work for money.

Some people spent so much money with their willingness to get what they want in their future without even thinking the possibilities they might encounter. We can't blame them what drive them into that matter. If you still have that that desire then it's no problem. If you just want to do it without any second thoughts, you just go blind.

grabe, ma-feel gyud nimo na lagot kau mga taw na nag BAHA ang nursing studs or nurse grads sa pilipinas! maka wonder lang ka ba.

do you consider NURSING as a CAREER MOVE? or simply a JOB just to get by.
remember, the higher your salary is, the bigger your financial responsibilities.

so would you choose to become a nurse to get what you want and pay for it?
or is it more like you wanna become a nurse so you can get ahead on the ladder, and eventually be successful career wise?

the reason i said that is coz i know a lot of Filipino nurses here who have become stagnant on the career path they chose. nurse, ok nurse, but nurse ra, walay lain. i'm not saying it's bad, of course it's personal choice, but then again, if you have options, then for me i'd rather venture out than be stuck.

Parehas nako, I'm been working here in Singapore for almost 9 years na pero akong position mao lang gihapon, hehe... pero OK ra kaayo nako akong kita ani nga position nya sayon, piyongan lang nako akong trabaho. Dili ko pressure inig-adto sa office, mura lang ko ug nisuroy .... hehe. Akoa lang sad ni ha, ayaw lang mo sunod nako kay minaronung naman gud ni akong trinabahoan... haha

good for you. as long as you're happy then nothing wrong with that.

naay uban, mu trabaho coz they want to earn more, while others work to advance themselves and obtain more knowledge. ang uban, passion sad gyud nila, so they end up enjoying their jobs.
