I don't think Epicurus was inherently an atheist. His views on materialism/hedonism is what led him to question divine intervention and the concept of gods in general. Heyy, I like Epicurus. And hedonism and materialism are favorite concepts too.

ang atheist or anti-theist doesn't adhere to any god or anything that has something to do about god..example: angels, demons etc. now satan for me is part of the roman catholic cast of characters..so if a supposed atheist believes in satan..and satan is also a god-like concept only 2nd to god..then i guess he's still a theist..lahi lang ug tinuhoan..for me an atheist doesn't believe in any concept that has a relation with god..if dli sya mutuo ug god pero mutuo ug angel..then he can't be an atheist

It is often the practice of Satanists not to specify which type of Satanism they adhere to. Each "type" of Satanist will usually refer to themselves only as a "Satanist".
