With only the date and venue at hand, we provide complete assistance from conceptualizing to On-Day management of the affair, full preparation and planning starts at least one year to 8 months prior to event. You’re finally engaged, you have chosen the perfect date yet unsure how and where to start, we will relieve you of frustrations and tensions that often occur and allow you the freedom to really enjoy your wedding. We will help you get started, select a theme, motif, look for the best .wedding suppliers according to your budget, book them for you and make sure you have the perfect wedding.
TURN OVER COORDINATION
The couple have already made reservations and arranged necessary following ups to all wedding suppliers, program assistance and on the Day management, starts a least 6-4 months before the event. During the planning process you may decide you need someone to take over organizing the many details of your wedding day. We will finalize all the wedding preparation provided that you already booked at least 50% of the wedding suppliers. The remaining suppliers must be booked by us and all contracts must be turned over to us for monitoring
ON-THE DAY COORDINATION
Begins at least 1 month-2 weeks prior to event, necessary follow ups with last minute checklist and referrals, program management and assistance to make sure that the preparations and plans will be implemented.
