OMG!tinuod jud diay ang giingon sa ako friend...he's in ict now, nag training na cla. i think its product training then first day pa lang daw sa ilang nesting, gkasab-an na sila coz they don't avail right away (to think they're newbies and they are not yet familiar on how to use the phones).

@FrozenThrone: i think i know that final interviewer viewer you're referring to..he's really like that..gusto jud niya nga walay makalabaw niya..i worked with him before,and yup!it's proven and tested---he really wants to be always on top.

it should not be that way since he is in recruitment department and people are applying for the operations position... he's way too fagot, that made me think that most fagots are really bias and that you should expect them to be... only a few are fair and well educated or rather well mannered...

^^ i know this HR person as well.. He was a friend of my ex and a classmate way back in college.. He worked in Teletech (dunno if HR position) and PS (HR) before.. I'll try to inform him about this site so that he can also defend his side..

@unLi_ra: yah! i also knew that he worked for those companies..i think he knows this site but maybe he's not always checking it, ang prob lang ani kung kita na pud nya ang himoon niya nga sayop..hahaha..and yes, they have an account nga ang basic salary is 16 and another one which is 14k PLUS! meal allowance daw nga 2.5k man cguro to or 2k BUT it seems TRICKY kay ang makadawat ra man ani nga allowance kay kato ra man ang shift kay 10pm-6am...are they thinking nga ang kato rang nag work ug graveyard ang mokaon?wa jud ko kasabot ani ngano kato ra 10pm-6am shift ang matagaan ug allowance.

its not tricky but rather stupid why they wont give the meal and transportation allowance to those not working the 10 pm-6 am shift. my wife is currently working in ICT on a day shift and her group are planning to resign or awol because of this issue. and to think its even written in the contract. shame on this company.

they are the only company that does such thing... all call centers here in cebu give transpo and meal allowance to all their agents regardless of the time that they are scheduled to work... ang mag night shift ra diay ang mokaon ug moplete? pagkatoy-toy.....

chix sa ubang personnel sa recruitment or hr bana nila siya ra man sad ang gi-strikan diri wala man daw problem sa ubang personnel mga maayo man ang uban katong kulong ug buhok ug uban pa nilang mga hr kana lang jud si FAG ang gikalagutan sa tanan kay ngileef kaayo.... whahahahaha..... taga cebu ra pud baya magpaka aron ingnon tingali na part siya sa mga taga manila na mga sh8theads pud daw....

@greywolf: yes, its written in the contract jud nga kato ra mag work ug 10pm-6am ang maka avail sa ila allowance...i was even thinking nga basin ug day shift tanan nila agents nya gi suwat2x lang nila sa contract nga ang mag work ug GY ang maka avail sa allowance (which means, walay maka avail)...hahaha

@FrozenThrone: im not sure of the other HR people there though coz i don't know them mn but i was able to see some of them kato nakaadto ko and it seems that they're ok to work with...just that FAG that you're talking about..i know him man gud, and honestly i dont like his "STYLE", f naa kay call center experience, watchout ug xa mo interview nimo..hashasan ka ug maayo to really prove nga xa jud pinaka maayo sa tanan..hehehe
