An unidentified old man died, possibly for taking a libido-enhancing drug (Jie Tou Qi Shi) inside a motel in Sta. Cruz, Manila, police said Friday.
Homicide investigator Senior Police Officer 2 David Tuazon said the old man was half naked when discovered by a roomboy of the Villafiesta Motel in Sta. Cruz early Friday.
Tuazon said the old man, based on the ID recovered from his wallet, was already 64 years old and was working in Malabon.
He said motel employees told him that the old man and his partner had twice checked in at the motel.
Tuazon said they are now looking for the old man’s partner. He clarified that the woman is not being eyed as a suspect in the old man's death.
He said aside from the old man's clothes and underwear, which was found on the motel room's floor, crime scene investigators found a libido-enhancing Chinese medicine called Jie Tou Qi Shi inside the room.
The medicine was placed near two bottles of beer on a bedside table.
The homicide investigator said the old man could have died after taking the *** medicine. He said the old man's body will have to be autopsied to determine the cause of the old man's death.
