* units/items must be in good condition ( i need to check it 1st... if naa papers mas maayo)
* 2-3 months ra ang redemption of units since gadgets and phones cya.
( if d ninyo ma redeem after 2-3 months.. i will give you an option to get it back or sell it to me.. i'll just give you an additonal cash in that case..)
* 5 % ang interest each month
* ang dawat depende sa unit and sa age sa unit
ADVANTAGES: mas faster ang transaction and the assurance that i wont be using the units/gadgets since i almost have all the gadgets na ako gusto..
