know what, 19s won't fit your wheel well. i have a galant and i can only fit 18s then 45 series tires. so i think 18s will do for your lancer then wrap it up with series 40-45 rubbers. so...

18x7 with 215/40-45 series rubbers
lower it about an inch or 1.5 inches
front and rear chins
sideskirts
black honeycomb sports grille
change headlamps to black projector headlamps w/ angeleyes ----> if possible
HID system for headlight and foglight
hmmm... what else?
no plans of changing the body color? hehe
i think the above mods will do just fine. don't overdo it kay mu bati na.
