Yes, you are all right stella maris na sauna then gui himo ug convent sa mga madre... comes a time na they felt na populated na ang lugar so they moved to talamban. the place was turnover to the city government. we had our medical clinic in that place way-back in the 90's during christmas naa gani na bazaar diha na place.. but the guard na nag bantay before told us na alot of creepy things iya ma hear inside that's why if you notice ang guard anha mag stambay sa gate sauna. But now I lost track of the place. But it's something to explore now that the moon is full at night.

i think that the sisters already sold the lot to an individual... the reason that I heard was because the area was getting noisy and they wanted peace and quiet...
