traffic lights are not under LTO's jurisdiction it's under the LGU, so therefore, under siya sa CITOM, TEAM, et. al., so you are probably barking at wrong tree, traffic management is now transfered under local gov't code, but still LTO naa gihapon right sama sa CITOM pero wala sila right sa management sa traffic light and roads, ug sa mga road pud kung national road na siya, under na siya sa DPWH, ug dili gani either under na siya LGU or private individual, under na siya sa LGU.. OK?

drug testing is not LTO's job it's already outsource, if you have problem ana adto ka sa drug testing center!, wrong tree!!

LTO is under DOTC and LTFRB, is the sub agency of LTO that regulates the franchise of public tranportation.

tungod sa Local Gov't Code, all traffic management are transfered to the LGU, LTO is the national body that regulates and enforces traffic law, take note "NATIONAL", OK?

im not from LTO nor a lawyer, im just a person who takes time to research, look for facts, and sometimes dig deeper to look for the real score of the story.

traffic is not a problem basta mature lang ang atong mga motorist...

Kita nako anang computer gigamit sa CITOM, ok siya gikan na siya sa australia ang problema lang kay kanang mga traffic light kay wala ma maintain/

the price u pay for the computer fee does not go to road and traffic maintenance. sa ngan pa lng daan nga "computer fee" klaro na kau unsay pasabot ana.

Does anyone here tried asking sa LTO nganong mao na ang charge to computer fee. Kadtong mo renew sa ilang DL, kindly ask dayon share to us here og ngano...
