HELP Boyfriend died to save girlfriend

Here's the story ---

Sometime October 2005 BF and GF started their relationship. Few weeks later, BF asked permission from his mother that GF will temporarily stay at BF's house for they are still looking for a place to rent by GF. Months passed, GF still stayed at BF's place until that fateful dawn of June 15, 2007. BF died on a single shot wound on his left check that passed through the upper RH part of BF's nape.Of course everyone was sad of BF's loss especially GF.It was dawn, around 3am, BF accompanied GF to get a cab to work. GF was the sole witness of the shooter / driver riding motorcycle. Only personal things like ATM, wallet and bag were stolen by the shooter / driver and it's backrider, minimum amount of cash too(cellphone was not included). GF ran into a safe place nearby after the gunshot.Shooter and backrider didn't mind to ran after GF.
It took months or almost a year for us to find the shooter. Case was filed and GF continued to stay at the house of BF until sometime November 2008 when GF decided to transfer. She promised the mother of BF that she will be there for the hearing. There was a scheduled hearing last February, she didn't show up. Mother was worried, until now GF won't reply or answer our calls. Worst, we cannot locate her!

well, as you said GF is settled na, i think bacin ha, gi warningan na cya new BF na dli na mo apil sa kaso because cguro they have future plan to settle there life, mao deadma lang cya. she follows her new BF advice , or gi warningan ba na cya sa iya new BF ...mybe kailangan gyud na time to talk to her regarding this serious situation..btaw kung di cya makuha sa santo dasalan, sa santo paspasan na lang ..try to talk to the lawyer mybe ur lawyer has much idea regarding this matter.
