    no worries i've lost interst in the argument. it's not even a challenge anymore. i have more trouble answering my nephew's questions than anything these 2 have thrown at me. it's not even hard to see that this is affecting them so much that they are simply lashing out wherein they are making more and more mistakes at saying things that can be thrown back at their faces.

    it's also highly laughable how one is proud of going awol even to the point of boasting about it. reflects a lot about one's character at the same time it also reflects how one uses one's brains to arrive at the conclusion that it is justified because they hate the company so much without thinking of the negative repercussions that may stain their name and records forever.

    best part of these all is the fact that they have now stooped to putting labels and name calling. LOL. so juvenile. reminds me of how kids fight when they know they have no more ammunition. it's a perfect way to cause one's own demise.

    of course yes! You get first hand experience through training. Its better to ask trainees since they all know the negative while non trainees already endured the negatives. And the only people who left are those who dont mind the negatives of the company?

    need me to answer more??

    Letting them know the negative and let the decide is more FAIR than misleading trainees with all the positives without giving them expectations on whats possible things they wouldnt like. This is a democratic country after all.

    or better yet, Let them ask everyone pra dli ONE SIDED. LIKE what YOU are trying to implement
