Might be also a router issue.
I once bought a router from CDR-King, and I had the same issue. I then replaced the router and all was normal...

If malwares and spywares gamit nako bro kai 3 kabuok, Ad-aware, Spybot and Malwarebytes'. Don't worry harmless na sila then as what the mod said nga basin router issue so try to borrow another router para d ka makapalit kai basin same result ra ghpon. Try lang to eliminate those culprits then update dre kung unsa man.!

for more info: akong connection kay Smarbro wa man gud laing ISP dre sa ubay.. then akong router is D-Link DI-604 4port DSL router.. then akong switch is TP-Link SF-1016D 16-port Switch. ang akong switch og router puros naa tapad sa pc. anyway di man jud kaau cya maka affect inig duwa namo og dota or any LAN game... un-noticable man.. pero samokan ko magtan-aw man gud nga di stable.

check ragud balik bro kung pila na ang ms karon after nimo g tarong mga cables ba. Kai kadtong mga 48 28 ok ok raman to pero dako jud hinuon, ako ra jud mahuna²an kai spyware og cable coil ups since naa raman sa imo duol and private network raman mo.
