Globe Network Restoration

hello all, have you ever experience problem of your Globe Broadband and call their agents and they says that they're having a Network Restoration. Well definitely I'm facing this kind of problem now after we transfer here in Talisay area last month. I realized that after our relocation i've started having problem with their service and now the latest is this called Network Restoration. Starting this week until now i have no connection at home last night i talk to their agents to request a home visit to check my connection but they told me that they don't wanna send a technician until the network restoration is done and the big thing is that they don't know when it is completed so im now hanging in this kind of service that they have theirs no guarantee ang mahal2x ng relocation fee i've spending about 2k+ tapos ganito lang ang mangyayari. So guys what can you say about it? Whats the heck with that network restoration?

btw sakto sad. pro hatag ta cla ug expectation na date when the network is back at least aware ta dli ky mu ingun lng cla w/ in 24 hours na tanawa mu end nlang ang week ang gi engun na 24hours wa jpon. paeta! mgpa terminate nlng guro ku sa ku plan then mu balhin kug laen na ISP what do you think?
