well taken. first of all, i didn't generalize nga talamak. I only said there are "some" in the call center industry. the extent? no idea. mao ra gyud na.

and the defense mechanism part? I'm saying this to all who works in the IT industry. coz it won't do any good but only makes matters worse...ka klaro gyud nga naa, deny pa gyud. besides, it's not supposed to be ashamed of, except to your parents.
