It could be the AV database is not updated.
Dili naka kinahanglan mo palit ug AV, daghan nga free AV. Gamit nako Avast so far wala man nakalusot.
I check kuno basin dili imo anti-virus me ingon nga dili protected imo PC, basin imong computer firewall kay kung disable ang computer firewall naay red icon then naay mo pop nga dili protected ang PC.
its just the database bai are obsolete.but
just as u said u had it updated and ur system is running.
try uninstall and reinstall the entire software.
if it doesnt work, or even upon installation i find
a speck of inconsistency diretso nako OSRI.
better safe than sorry.
what win OS are you using bro? if vista or XP man gud.. sometimes if there are windows security updates that automatically downloads on to your pc.. it disables some settings of your security s/w e.g. mcafee, norton and etc..
do you have some popups of any sort on your computer? usually malwares/spywares comes as popups on your pc... do you have tell tale sign of that sort? do you notice lately some settings on your pc that you're having problems accessing with, slow performance in booting up your pc or opening up installed applications of any manner? if so.. you might be looking in some sort of virus/es or spyware/s already...
if you don't have these symptoms, just try uninstalling and reinstalling your mcafee s/w.. try also going to your windows security center, check your Virus Protection setting and see if its ON and try going also to the 'Recommendations' button to see if you have a checkmark on the box where it says.. "I have an Antivirus program that I'll monitor myself."
Hope this helps you..
Cheers!
maybe you are infected sa latest nga trojan
