best thing you can do is to ask your lawyer if there are any legalities or ruling that she would be in contempt if she won't testify.

sakto ilang suggestion.
first thing to do is to persuade her to cooperate knowing that if the suspects is freed she will be the next target being the sole witness to the crime.

if that doesn't work, tell her to get a lawyer to defend herself as she will be considered an accomplice.

not anymore...bro nako si boyfriend...the problem is we CANNOT locate girlfriend...we have been trying to reach girlfriend but she wont answer her fone.. she also have this shoutout on her FS na murag gi abuse pa nuon namo si girlfriend (after namo siya gipa stay sa house for more than 2 years for free!)maayo unta ug makit.an na ni namo si girlfriend oi!
