nag-install ko ug directx9.0c kay need sa nero 9

dili lage ma detect.. i tried re-installing, nya directx cleaner nya install na pud.. wala japon

help please i need my nero 9

and also my direxctx9.0c

check first if you already have directx 9.0c by running dxdiag

using directX cleaner tool is not very effective, directX should not be 'cleaned' in anyway since its part of your OS, it makes inconsistencies with your system (based on my personal experience).

long long time ago you cannot downgrade directX, so you better check silent-kill advice, you might have the latest one.

If you still have the problem even if you already installed directx9c then try to install it in “compatibility mode” it works for me on my previous encounter similar to what you had experienced. I’m not sure if it works in your machine, mine works fine. Give it a try.

Right click on the Directx9c Installer >> Properties >> Compatibility Tab

I have here some wild guess, apply this only if my first approached won’t work. Follow the steps below.

1. Uninstall Nero
2. Restart your machine after removing
3. Install DirectX9c
4. Restart your machine after the installation
5. Install Nero again.
