HELP Boyfriend died to save girlfriend

19 months ago, boyfriend died to save girlfriend...Now, girlfriend is called because she is the lone witness of the suspected killer (btw, killer is now deatianed....)now, unsaon mani nga NO SHOW na man ang girlfriend kay SETTLED na daw xa...any suggestions?please help!

i'm not sure, but i think she should be compelled to testify.

basin accomplish to cya sa crime. kay bisan na ug "settled" na cya iya unta i protect ang dignity sa iyang boypren.

she promised boyfriend's mother that she will testify before she left boyfriend's place...fyi..girlfriend was staying at boyfriend's place even if boyfriend died 17 months ago...another fyi..free board and lodging..food pa jud!

best thing you can do is to ask your lawyer if there are any legalities or ruling that she would be in contempt if she won't testify.
