sa akoa wala.. my gf right now almost cried because kapila na cya nangaply ug call center.. license R.N. na cya.. but wala jud cya dawata.. and she did all the interviews, quizzes and everything w/ a breeze...
wala jud cya madawat.. though ang iyang recollection whenever she was asked by the interviewer.. "OH so you're a registered nurse already?", she nods, and the interviewer quickly said to her..
"So.., How long is your plan of staying with this company>" wtf

is this really all they can ask? excuse me for being blatant but isnt the primary reason of hiring someone is to give her the benefit of the doubt to work in a call center? I know training someone and hiring someone is not easy.. especially if that someone would just 'fly away' sooner or later.. but isnt that one of the risks they have to take especially in a call center where everything is fluid...?
