YES, im selling eperformax coz nindot ayo ako experience diri and nice pud sya i-share. i came from other callcenters, as in daghan jud and lingaw lng kay nagabot ra mi diri. im mentioning this coz feel lng nako and i believe you're not the only one reading this.

exactly! unfortunately some 3rd party people felt the need to give negative comments about the company that sprung from a 'hearsay', which certainly doesn't hold much truth as basing on what's been written the source of this 'hearsay' also got this 'hearsay' from someone else as this source never really worked for the company. ever played the game pass the message? any idea how distorted message get?

im grateful to everyone that tried to defend the company, it really shows na you guys/gals love where you are now but lets be calm.

lets go back to the topic...

everyone has bad experiences, wherever you are, its how you deal with those bad experiences and learn from it... teehee...
when i started here sa eperformax, everything felt unfair jud kay struggle kaayo bah. full of regrets like, ako man unta na, ngano sya man gpili, stuff like that... i cant lie, i was bitter. i stayed coz i needed a job since im supporting myself here sa cebu and surprisingly 2mos. after, i became a regular employee and to think na my previous employer i had to wait 6mos. to be regular. i endured mga kasaba sa ako coach, QA and ill give them credit kay naka learn jud ko nila. pero naa jud times na magkatawa ko kay sayop sila gud pero dili angkonon... pride man! hehehe... eventually i got used to it and just did my thing. i didnt let their or anyones negative comments put me down but rather i used it as a drive to be better. 7mos. later, i have a position that id have to say, "the best damn position in the callcenter industry". hehehehe...
i know everyone has experienced something like this, those that worked in this industry.
if you let one bad thing get to you, easy fix is to jump to another company and it has become a trend actually, you'll eventually become a hopper. and no company, in their right mind, would hire someone so fragile.
