    my 1-month stay at eperf was traumatic. not because of the pay which was only 12600 starting, incentives excluded though. its just traumatic in general. i enjoyed my DIET training however. once u get to PST/ABAY, dra nka malisang ky ginamonitor kag maayo especially tardiness maski unsa pa kamaayo imo performance. haha

    jcgoyong2 must have experience a difficulty in understnding where it's U.S. time of local time. Remember, working for a call center means that you follow U.S. time. It's just a matter of clarifying it with your supervisor. He may be referring to premium pay where he was working during a holiday if we base it on local time but not during U.S. time. The sad fact of working in the BPO industry guys is that we base these not on our time but the client's.

    The 28k is not a signing bonus. If you read the tarps and ads that we have, it says "Graduate to a rewarding career" not "apply now and get this!" The 28k is you potential monthly pay for just simply WORKING! We are not misleading. We are very clear. It's just quite sad that people are misinterpreting it. (For those who did, i have a good feeling they never got hired. We put a very good emphasis on comprehension.)

    Our pay is very competitive in comparison to other call centers. Yes, it is difficult in the beginning but not the minimum wage. Please check your info. minimum + 1/3 is around 10.67K. We get more than that during training. Not to mention that is is non-taxable!

    The system of quality scores is based on the client and not the center. We are just simply following client-set standards. If you have a problem with that, then the company has nothing to do with it. TLs resigning? From what i can remmeber, majority of the TLs that resigned were due to pending termination due to lates and absenses, violations of the security polices or better offer.

    If you have something against the account, then specify that it's the account, not the call center.

    We don't aspire to be the biggest or as large as Convergys, Sykes, Etel, Etc, we aspire to be the best and are working hard for it. Not having I1, I2 and I3 does not mean we are weak or "nipahutak". It's a business decission that we tell all our trainees in the beginning of DIET, that is if you listened.

    anyways, bisan asa jud ka... naa jud bati ug experience and its really up to you how you deal with the bad stuff. so far, mga agents diri enjoy man kaayo and most of them came from other callcenters like, convergys, etelecare, peoplesupport,xlibris, wipro, accenture, atbp...

    most likely i wud shrug off shoulder about the offers and all because i've never been interested in applying there..........

    you're saying you don't care yet you're here in this thread giving it the time of the day. simply put you're contradicting yourself. in the first place if you're apathetic then you never would have bothered to do anything at all.

    FYI: Rain is Rain. We love Rain. We have a lot of respect for her. Aside from her achievements also as a person. She holds herself with dignity like a cultured (educated) person should. Besides Rain has got the body and face a lot of girls would give up almost anything for.

    sori if you didnt like my intro but why are you flaming? kaw man gud nagpost so i thought imo ning experience... about offers, wherever or whatever na imo applyan you should take your time reviewing it.
    YES, im selling eperformax coz nindot ayo ako experience diri and nice pud sya i-share. i came from other callcenters, as in daghan jud and lingaw lng kay nagabot ra mi diri. im mentioning this coz feel lng nako and i believe you're not the only one reading this.
