    this is good news to all APC users here in Cebu. By the way rams, if our UPS is under warranty from the store where we bought, can we have it serviced by you? do you honor the receipt of the store from which the UPS was bought?

    that is under standard warranty, 2 yrs from date of purchase. you only need to call the toll free no based in singapore to verify the serial number and APC Singapore would email that to us... RMA for in-warranty regardless where you bought it...

    from my date of purchase or from the date the unit was purchased by the store from APC?

    I just registered my new UPS yesterday at apcc.com

    dili kasabot dude, gamay lang magvisaya pa... the sign just got installed yesteday.. tnx

    when u purchased the ups from the store... eventually, u would need to present the receipt or invoice if there would be problems regarding the standard warranty but so far APC distributors here are ok naman.
