my friend had to go on AWOL from his previous work for some reasons he doesnt want to share. call center sya gikan. he worked there for almost tw0 years. aside from some reasons he think shaky na ang company sad. anywasy. kung mu apply sya sa lain call center. madawat pa kaha sya? kelangan ba nya ingon na sa una adto sya nagwork? or di na? would the recent employer know? posts ur comments here. thanks.

Apil gud. If he would state his reason, it could be a valid alibi or it could be not. Facts should be laid out. Lisud if ingana ra iya isulti or mao ra na ato nahibaw-an since naa man mga tinaguan. Therefore lisud icomment.

im not sure whats the reason but the point is, if awol iya reason na nag stop sya sa previous company, naa pa kaha madawat niya? regardless unsa reason sa pag awol?

pwede ra na cya not unless ibutang nya ang past company sa iyang working experience...kai pangutan.on mana unsay reason ngano ni hawa then if makapasar cya pangayoan pud na ug clearance.

pwde ra cya maka.apply sa lain callcenter, but dli nalang nya i.apil ang previous company nga nag awol cya.. just the last 2nd company nga ni formally resign jud cya..

sayang lang ang almost 2 yrs nya nga gtrabahoan ug ghagoan.. all for nothing na to..

when next time cya mangaply ug pangutan.on cya sa next employer nya why na vacant man cya (iyang work experience) for almost (2 years)... esulti nalang nya nga nag self business cya... nothing more and nothing less..

mo resign nlng tah to sya og tarong.... 2 years dako keu nga sayang... if awol then as what the previous posts mentioned, yaw nlng e apil gyud sa work experience ky they might call that company for company checking/references......

hmmm.mao sad. first job pa mn to niya. sayang gud kau. tsk tsk tsk. cge ra ingnon nko. he was earning around 26k and morme na gud ato.! nag awol pa na daghan na problema ron! hehehe. wat about sa TIN? kuha sya lain na TIN?

I dunno if mudawat ba.. but if i remember right.. mostly if madawat ka, dn naa naka previous experience from other companies.. pangitaan man ka og clearance from previous company.

hmmm.so i think di na lg sya mu ingon na naka work na sya. but then work experience is ok mn pud. part na sya kung ngano madawat ka sa job. murag ako naguol ato akong amigo hehe.

its a hit or miss nalang sis..

even if your friend would not tell nga naa na cyay call center experience.. the fact nga ni awol lage cya sa iyang previous employer would still discredit him from being accepted in any future call center endeavor...
