kung fast moving, 1/200 shutter speed. try setting the flash at maximum (check the manual). try also setting the camera sa flash dispersion. both camera and flash have settings you can maximize. f/4 is good enough. but try to shoot at a near distance. nice imo flash kay 580ex. it would be nice if imo aperture can get set at f/2.8. try not to go iso 1600. magka noise na since dim and changing ang lights. iso 800 is good.

since bar or disco club, try having a prime lens nga 50mm f/1.8. you'll have better shots. or better yet, try getting a prime lens that has an apperture of f/1.4. hayag gyud na imo shots even without a flash.

OMG.. ma boang gud ko sa lights... what i usually do is opening up to 2.8 or lower..

ako setting kay slow shutter speed like 1/3 - 1/10 then aperture mga f4 lang para sharp then sa flash mas lingaw if rear sync para di ma blur ang subject pero ang background ma kuha ang light streak specially if u move the camera b4 mu pitik ang flash, hehe i call it "party shot"
