I think I have not posted this here. This is the best tool to run before selling your hard disk drive so that file written before will not be recovered. Formatted hard disk drive has 60 to 99% that can still be recovered.

seatools z-erase is enough for seagate.... other manufacturers has their own respective zero-fill utilities
