dude, if you were intimidated on the interview process then you are not really worth it. The girl "Jenny" you quoted might have a reason to make a face with you due to your answer and performance on your interview so what are you complaining about? i suggest you move on and enhance your interview skills and stop ranting.

that goes to anyone who keeps on ranting on interview.. Go study and enhance your interview skills

Hahaha.... I am not interested in applying at Xlib I am completely satisfied with my position here in this big company I am working for. My friends were the ones who told about their experiences. Some of them were from Convergys, Etel, PS and all others are from other call centers (some are currently working but they gave Xlib a shot since they are offering a very high compensation). It would all come down to being professional to other people and stop being arrogant kung sila kuno ang interviewhon, dili kaha sila maningning? It's not because they are the ones conducting the interview they will have the right to be 'airheads'. peace

Good for you, you are satisfied with your position. But you are just one of the few people in Cebu who have a nice job or shall i say satisfied with your Job. Market today has its ups and down even how big or small your company is, it will be affected on the global economic rampage thats been happening today sooner than later.

Each company has its own culture and as an employer of one you will have to adapt to it making sure you will be productive and still be professional on whatever you do. Okay given that Xlibris have non professional people then you dont need to be one of them. But making excuses on the interview process is a very lame BS excuse. I have read most of the comment here on this thread and i am sad to hear that Crab Mentality has been really damaging our culture. To the extent that people would never give anyone a chance because his friend says so. Well life is not a straight road my friend there's always be a left or right and oppurtunity knocks on the right place and on the right time. I heard Xlibris are sending good People in the US.. dont know how true is this but given that information, that alone is good thing to explore. If you are in the age of 20+ to 30+ determined to succeed then dont hold yourself and explore. We are Filipinos and we are better than those Caucasians out there who run these companies.

i didnt receive a call or message until last month wen i got a txt message telling me to come for an exam. i called them up to say that i already took the exam. and then i received another text for an interview sched. i went there just to be told that they have a new policy that undergrads cannot qualify for any position, even CSR. lami i-wild!! they've wasted not just my time, but money, imagine akng nagasto para boat fare to be told lang that they didnt read my resume beforehand!!
yeah i heard alot of bad stories about them..no offence... dili daw kaau kabalo mu take care ug employees...
