Trumpets of victory strike false note

Hamas's claim that it has emerged victorious from Operation Cast Lead

Hamas's claim that the movement lost only 48 of its gunmen and that the IAF had used half of its ammunition in air strikes on the Gaza Strip is not being taken seriously by many Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Various sources in the Gaza Strip, including medics, journalists and a few Hamas supporters are convinced that the movement is not telling the truth about its human losses and the damage done to its security and civilian infrastructure.
One medic said he believes at least 250 Hamas militiamen died in the fighting, while a journalist put the figure at over 400.

According to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, on the first day of the war Hamas ordered its gunmen to take off their uniforms to avoid being detected by the IDF.

Fatah representatives in the West Bank claim that the majority of Hamas's fighters were actually hiding during the IDF operation and had not taken part in the fighting.
They pointed out that only a few hundred gunmen belonging to Hamas and other armed factions, including Fatah's armed wing, the Aksa Martyrs Brigades, and Islamic Jihad's Al-Quds Brigades, took part in the fighting after the IDF sent ground forces into the Gaza Strip.

You seem to forget that there is a huge difference between accidentally hitting civilians and DELIBERATELY targeting them. Hamas does the latter.

And you also forget that Hamas deliberately uses civilians as shields. Therefore, Hamas is also responsible for civilian casualties from Israeli weapons.

who told you that Hamas would kill all the Jews? all they want is freedom. They won the election so i think Israel must respect that.
Hamas leaders themselves have declared that they will kill the Jews. Many times. I think you have to do some research on your murderous heroes.

Arab leaders fail to agree on Gaza

    By ASSOCIATED PRESS
    KUWAIT CITY

The deeply divided Arab League failed on Tuesday to come up with a plan to reconstruct the devastated Gaza Strip and could not agree on whether to back Egyptian peace efforts to end the crisis.

The violence in Gaza has split Arab countries into two camps - one supporting Hamas and the other - mainly Egypt and Saudi Arabia - hoping to lure the Palestinian terror group toward moderation.

The king, who along with Egypt have been pressuring Hamas to be more moderate, even invited his Arab rivals - the leaders of Syria and Qatar - to lunch at his Kuwait residence.

Egypt and Saudi Arabia, both staunch US allies, blamed Hamas for the Gaza crisis.

But the divisions between Arab countries grew deeper last week when Qatar hosted a summit on Gaza. Egypt and Saudi Arabia led a boycott of the gathering, which Qatar had called to take a united stance on Gaza but ended up being dominated by supporters of Hamas.

Even your brothers dont even know what to do with Hamas
