Remember the time we got drunk in Toledo?

It was a night of sheer revelry.

The afternoon began quite harmlessly. Everybody was modest and shy. One group gathered near a videoke machine, another group gathered around a few bottles of Red Horse and Tanduay.

Jimboy, the smooth operator that he was, went from one group to another, passing around the glass of beer.

When night fell, everybody was wild.

The landlady and her husband sat in the backyard watching us; they were laughing as they observed the whole scene.

I grabbed the microphone a few times and assaulted everyone's ears.

We transformed the living room into a flaming dance floor.

A lady, who in class was quite reserved, grabbed my hands and dragged me towards the center, and we invented all sorts of dance moves. Everyone else followed suit.

It was pure riot.

I made frequent trips to the bathroom, and I observed the hallway tilting from side to side.

It was a night I won't easily forget.
