Here's a documentary about the state of the music industry as of now. It is quite long but it's worth the watch.

Music nowadays is more on how much money can be made out of it, unlike before wherein you can feel the heart, the talent, the dedication, the soul. Now, it's more on looks, and the market value. Sad.

i include nalang ang piracy.. so bec. of that dako na kaayo ang nawala.. ..


I wish mabalik tong panahon sa late 60's and 70's were mainstream music is really great..

back in those days Led Zep, Deep Purple, Sabath, Floyd etc. were mainstream in the 70's and so does The Beatles, Stones and The Beach Boys pag 60's...

but karon mostly Corporate na kaayo ang sound, wala na originality kay ang nag boot ang Record Company..

so imbis creative unta ang band, bati na ang resulta kay gi control sa company para mo sell... and it is sad
