what's with the ncc clause? ive applied here and passed all the screening ang asked to go back when i have clearance na from my previous company, and i did get the clearance and went back, but hr told me that non-compete clause is holding them from processing my papers..

that was like may 27, 2008. kaya i worked for another call center na lang.. then nag-quit na me kasi baba ng pay.. nullified na ba yung ncc kasi naka-work naman ko sa ibang call center? i wanna re-apply dyan, pwede pa ba yan or same pa rin ang outcome?
