Naka try ko ug flash sa Asus many times, pero intel hmmmmm dili ko kay mo gamit paka ug Disket, and risky kau.

Pero it's a wort trying bro kay padung naman pud na retire, just get the proper bios update with your model. Dapat it comes from intel site.

try put some thermal paste and/or silicon compound.. maybe that can help.

got the same problem like sir yeheyed. My PC hangs at boot up... it hangs at the moment you see the first blue screen (in my case its blue) that shows the brand of MOBO you are using. The problem isn't persistent though like it happens only twice or 3x a week.

Specs:

MOBO: Intel DQ965GF
PROCESSOR: Pentium D 925 3.0Ghz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 80GB SATA
RAM: Kingston DDR2 2Gb 800 (2 pieces)
GPU: NVIDIA 9600GT
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate (64)

other infos:

bought my PC 3 years ago
upgraded my RAM and videocard just last year
bios has not been updated
started noticing the problem when I change OS from XP SP2
