The thing is, the guard shot the driver whent he driver was already running away. The driver was no longer a threat. The taxi drivers, however, should be more disciplined. It's a sad situation..

badlongon lagi ang driver nya nagulata pa gyud doesn't make the guard's action justified (not that i'm on the driver's side & maka ingon ra pud ko na if you mess up with authorities, there are time that you could end up dead).there are times when there is a need to use "necessary force" & "deadly force".

it just reflects on the lack of training of security personnel on "deadly force policy" or what is commonly known as "rules of engagement"

Sorry, but my bloodline doesn't have undisciplined idiots who will fight back when being disciplined.
Anyways, that driver deserve to die and all people like him. Tungod sa iyang kagahig ulo ug pagkawalay disciplina... naguba na laman ang kinabuhi sa tawong gatinarung ug trabaho.
