It's one thing to be strict and enforce good laws. But this guy Bayani comes up with some of the most idiotic rules ever! Just like the one requiring license plate numbers on motorcycle helmets. What stupidity!

ngano dili man ka mailhan pud nga the number is identified to you and your motorcycle?

WRONG diay na if ang purpose is to prevent crimes using motorcyle?

    .
... and is there a study too that helmets with plate number help catch criminals?

i think 90% of crimes commited using motorcyle had tampered or no plate number at all! unya maka tabang diay na? what if ang gamiton plate number sa kriminal lahi sa number sa iyang helmet?

you know what is very effective in catching these kind of criminals is the Motocycle Cops! ubay2x na pod ang na tiklo nila.. dili kay plate number sa helmet ni Mr. Bayani!

The head of the PNP Traffic Management Group PUBLICLY STATED that Bayani's stupid scheme would NOT help them catch criminals.

No need for plate numbers on helmets, says PNP-TMG

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Thursday there was no need for motorcycle riders to wear the license plate numbers of their vehicles on their helmets.

Chief Superintendent Errol Pan, the PNP Traffic Management Group (TMG) director and a motorcycle rider, said the new regulation being studied by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) would not make catching motorcycle-riding criminals any easier.

It's common sense. Do you actually believe that a criminal will put his real plate number on his helmet if he was planning a crime? No way. The criminals would probably just steal a bike and just paint the plate number on a cheap helmet. No criminal will be stupid enough to advertise his personal information (like a plate number) to the whole world while doing a crime.

so, why do we have plate numbers at the back of our motorcycles?
nganong ipataud man gyud na sa likod?

if tampered ang "helmet number", dapat daku ug penalty if madakpan.
It should be a criminal offense if wala plate number ang motor.

anyways, dili man pud ko interesado ani ni Bayani...pareha ra gihapon ni siya sa uban.
