I'd take that challenge wan_eye if we don't use optimized software which is more or less imposibble... the main arguments of AMD fans is the "bang for the buck" argument... give me the budget of your "top of the line" Pentium 4 system and I'll counter it with an AMD system with the same budget (it will still be more or less top of the line). what do you say?![]()
wAn_eyE:
We are talking about practicality... Thats why the given budget is 25,000.00...
hmm... how about P60,000.00![]()
its a little practical budget for gamers...
I think it is unfair enough for a Pentium 4 3.2 and Athlon 3200+... since price difference is just too big... Again... we are talking about practicality... and comparing Intel and AMD systems with the SAME BUDGET.... an example has been posted above... 25,000.00...
Athlon 64 can still support 32-bit... so there are no exceptions... as long as we are using the same applications...
take the challenge!c'mon!

uhhh wager pud gamay
Master BeoR: mupalit ka 64?
this is the line --------- cross it. i dare you
P4 fans, as I have stated earlier, it is unfair to compare a Corolla to an Accord... so let's work on the same budget. you put your P4 specs, I'll put my AMD specs that is still within that budget.
OT: Zerone: kung maka afford...![]()
Basically, you get more computing power with your P25,000 if you go with an AMD system. Period.![]()
athlon 64 officially launched today here in singapore... saw and got a feel on one of the athlon 64 3200+.... very fast. though buggy on some games..
how much could it cost initially? there? or in php?
