Rental Policy

Deposits / Cash or Credit Cards only
A deposit equal to the replacement cost of the equipment is required; A Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, or cash may be used for this deposit. Valid drivers license or other photo ID required.

Rental Charges / Daily Rate 10am-9am

All prices are "Per Day". Each rental period runs from 10am until 9am on the days agreed upon. A one day fee is minimum for any piece of rented equipment. Late return will be charged 1.5 X day rate. One day rental charge may be used towards purchase of comparable unit within two weeks of rental. If picked up between 5:00 and 6:00 the night before, a $10 Early Pickup Fee will be assessed.

No Insurance Provided

Renter of equipment accepts full liability for any loss or cost of repair. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the renter. Owner will charge the renter at the full day rate until reimbursed for the replacement cost. In case of repair, renter pays full day rate until equipment is fully repaired.

Rental Pickup / Renter Responsibilities

All rental equipment is checked by owner to insure proper working conditions prior to leaving the premises. Owner must be notified immediately in the case of equipment difficulties. Failure to do so may result in a full rental charge. Owner assumes no liability for equipment failure and/or availability. The renter is responsible for the proper care and operation of the equipment, as well as the return of all included accessories. Accessories not returned may be charged at full retail pricing.

A $75 cleaning fee will be charged for equipment that is returned dirty. If excessive cleaning is required, additional fees may be assessed at the discretion of Owner.


Rental Payment Due Upon Return of Equipment

Payment for rentals are due when equipment is returned. A full refund of deposit will then be given to the renter upon a thorough checking of equipment and finds it clean and in order.

3rd and succeeding days for not more than 5 days - $150/day

week rate - 5 days straight - $800

Rates are for use with-in the locality only. Out of town use will have a different rate.

@Archer - i dont mind renting my 1DIIn to you if the above conditions are met... tan-aw nalang kos sinulog sa tv and earn $525 for the weekend hehehe... i just saw this sa internet and copied it here.
