mga expert pls help unsa-on nako nga maka print ko sa ako laptop. naa man ko desktop nya ngadto naka install ang printer, nya gusto ko direct print ko through wireless, dsame workgroup na dli man gihapon ko maka print or maka view sa workgoup, unsa-on man nako nga ma access ang desktop PC nako? pls advice,,,, thanks istorya....

Ang pinaka dali ug dili complicated para nimu is mo palit ka ug router. Pwede man ni siya ug mag adhoc ka pero kung kahibaw ka sa networking.

Set-up nako diri sa balay naa koy router then print server. Maka print ko wirelessly or sa hard wired nga computer nako.

Since your printer is directly connected in your DESKTOP PC, here is what you need to do:

(This is assuming you are using Windows XP as your OS and you have Administrative Access to your PC)

- In your DESKTOP PC, share the printer through Printer Sharing, or go to Control Panel, Printers, right-click on the appropriate printer and Share.

- Go to your Wireless Laptop, Control Panel, Printers, Add Printers. Add a Network Printer, Locate your Shared Printer, then select, proceed with installation.

It may need to (re)install the Printer Drivers depending on the printer.


To test:

- Create a text document in your wireless laptop then print!

ako naman na gibuhat ChaosOrb, dili jud gihapon maka print. yup winXP ang duha, dili jud maka print ang wireless laptop maski same na workgroup ang gateway. hahahay...

32bit na xa ang duha ka winxp, gamit mana namo for video editing. help pls... thanks

Router: D-Link DIR-300
Printer: Epson C59
OS: Windows XP SP2

Assuming imong printer naka installed na sa imong hard wired nga computer nga connected sa router ug maka print na pud ka. Both computer connected na sa network.

* Printer driver should also be installed in your wireless computer and install it as Network Printer
* Printer should be shared
* Computers should be the same Workgroup
* Check the IP address of the computer that has the printer connected
* Ping the IP address of the computer that has the printer using the wireless computer (laptop) (ex. type this in command prompt ping 192.168.0.101)
Result should be: (sent=4, received=4, lost=0) otherwise try turn Off Windows Firewall in both computers.

Try print a document.
