ma'am, i believe phils. crocs are CITES-2 listed and are protected by law. therefore its sale illegal. Nnot to mention if that's really a Phils. croc, then it is the world's rarest crocodile, all the more protected..

both crocs species the Estuarine croc. (Crocodylus porosus) and the Phils. croc. (Crocodylus mindorensis).

caiman's ok if you have the space... but i strongly dissaggree keeping endangered species as pets, like the phils. croc..
