my point is, why not? Chiongbian was already out of the equation, already paid justifiably, and the rest have repurchased their lots (and possibly resold) by the time the CPVDC transfer was taken.

again, the owner of the IT PArk is not a private entity. it is a venture between the Province and the Ayalas. there's a big difference there.

it's not ipabalhin ang Camp LapuLapu sa Mactan coz paliton sa Ayala. it's simply because the Cebu Province owns it in the first place.

And if they're doing something above board, I'm sure the media and the people here in Cebu mo reklamo man gyud na daun.

Maybe LytSlpr has a point sad about connections. But I think that's true for most if not all the politicians. Others are so subtle that people wouldn't notice.
