haaayyy naaakkkuuu... ing-ani diay ning pier one?? honestly, wala pa ko kakaon diha... i was planning to eat there with my friends, but one of my friend told me ayaw daw ngadto sa pier one nga wala daw lami ila food plus bati pa jud ang service. instead my friend told me nga mas maayu pa daw ang gerry's grill... so hangtud karon wala pa ko kakaon sa pier one...

now that i have read this thread lang, i would forget my plan to eat at pier one...

why are there many complaints against Pier One?
do these people complaining have bad motives?
basin tag-iya ni sila og mga restaurants competing with Pier one, that's why there saying bad words against Pier One?
NO NO NO... they are just unsatisfied customers.. they have all the right to express what they feel
so that others may be aware of it.. they are just concern with the might soon to be customers of Pier One..
its what they experienced and they dont want others to experience it to.
but its still actually depends on each individual who have read this thread to go and try Pier One,
those guys complaining are not stopping them, they are just simply sharing there experiences.
I, myself will try to eat at Pier One for me to somehow prove if these complaints are true.

IMO, this is not a rant thread, this is not non-sense, this thread just serves a way to express oneselves.
If I'm Pier 1, I'll be thankfull to this thread or to any customers who shares feedback on there food and services. Nobody's perfect, so its not unusual to have complaints, instead use this thread or any feedback
as a tool to improve and fill-in what they lack in service and customer needs.

as much as the TS can't force everyone to boycott Pier One (that's the purpose of the thread, right?), i also can't force forumers here to think the way i do. but hear this anyway: the party was not well-organized (facts: wala gibasa ang kontrata; verbal daw ang uban). bad customer service happens. it shouldn't be tolerated of course, but i think it's better to actually go to the people who have the power to change things than just rant here. mailhan man ang rant kay walay tumong; the intention is to destroy a business. if the intention is to seek redress, naay discussion nga naay padulngan.

to epson employees: gusto jud mo og redress? kontakon kaha ang franchise director kung di gyud madala diha sa branch management/owner.

to Pier One: you should know what to do. you are in the business of winning customers.
