    PIER ONE the place na di na ko mu kaon usab.. naka post naman ko sa restaurant reviews diri sa istorya about them, pinaka way au na costumer service na ako na experience, di lang ka usa na hitabo, 3 times jud namu a experience ang pinaka bad na srvice, incomplete order, pinaka ka dugay mu abot na order, pinaka walay au mu serve, pinaka way au sa presentation sa ila food and pinaka tanga na food servers..

    so di nako mu wonder naay tread na in ani ang title.. even ako di jud ko mu recomend ug kaila na mu kaon diri, didto nalang mo ayala..

    sa cge nko basa sa post diri and someone compared pier one to Grand Convention, Waterfront, Shangrila, Plantation bay, Joven's Grill mura layo ra jud ang pie one an nila, in terms of food and service.. mas maau pa gani service ang carenderia na nailhan nako..

    daghan lami na kan anan, ayaw nalang mu pier one kay imbis ganahan mo ma relax and busog samot mu gutmon and ma high blood pa mo..

    Number One ang PierOne sa Manila. hahaha actually wa jud kalainan ang service didto sa PierOne Ortigas. dugay kaayo gi serve ang rice, gi una ang sud-an, bugnaw nalang wa pa gihapon naabot ang rice. ka bogo jud sa mga staff didto nga branch oi. nitawag gud mi ug supervisor nga tanga pud dili kasabot ug english. then sa Parkmall branch, abi nako mu lami ang pagkaon kay naa naman ni sa Cebu. mao
    ra jud diay gihapon, PierOne na PierOne jud ang service. tagalog pud ang tig serve, dugay na sa Cebu, tonto lang gihapon. paet!

    on the lighter side, nindot kaayo ang ambience sa Parkmall branch nila. bugnaw hangin, nice pa jud ang view kung naa ka sa outdoor. pero unsay gamit sa view kung gisapot ka.

    Thanks for this info it will help me, my relatives, my friends and officemates to evade this so-called Pier 1 which doesn't even have water to hold.

    i agree with @cherie.. normal business procedures doesnt apply all the time, thats why theres such a thing as a vip pass, exceptions, and the likes.. and the fact that TS is one unsatisfied customer (along with quite a few others).. means only one thing.. service was/is not at best nor satisfactory.. thanks @gotdalife for sharing the experience.. plans for checkin out that place is crossed out.. also.. i dont think it matters in this forum if it was in a written contract or not.. i dont see any point with why TS would do that if she was happy with the service..

    well a rant thread won't make me jump on the bandwagon that easily.

    ka bad jud sa ilang treatment, i guess they are not dedicated to their costumers not accommodating them properly well.

    Ka Sayang jud sa ilang advertisements unya its not the way around
