    bad word-of-mouth really works this way i know but personally i'd rather hear the whole story first before jumping to conclusion. daghan man sad gud loopholes sa side sa nag party maong maka ingon ko nga misunderstanding gyud to.

    you are always CORRECT right from the start about "put everything on papers".

    it just so happen that this company never breaks a verbal agreement to any of its venue in terms of payments. they even made a full payment of every event they had so that the venue would be satisfied and gain trust to them. but what does pier 1 did to them?

    Another question... Did any employees of that company made a damage to the venue? if so then sue them..

    They chose that venue because its one of the places they haven't been to. They already experinced all major hotels in Metro Cebu. No 'after party problems' with major hotels. Same organizers...

    All they (the venue) need is security. They just don't know the company that well. But its OK there's always the first time. Dli man siguro mawala nang mga customer. Maybe a lesson learned lang sa venue. There's always room for improvements.. Go Pier 1!!!

    Maybe after this thread dies, mausab na ang customer service nila...

    at IT park, our experience was, daghan servers sa gawas ga tiindog2 ra then kami sa sulod we had to go out to ask them to get our orders, paet

    Sol, i have to say, I truly admire your unbiased view of these things. but we just have to accept that there are people who are furious with Pier One. I myself am not too happy with Pier One even b4 I heard of this incident.

    so with this kind of situation that just occurred, its not surprising at all na cguro.
    i just dont know how Pier 1 management is taking these feedbacks.
    i could still recall Pier1 friend on another thread trying to retain those customers nga naka experience ug bati ani nga resto. and yet up until now daghan mn ghapon nang reklamo.

    this is purely misunderstanding on both parties. gi sagolan pa gyud cguro ug pangluod mao nga nisamot.
    bring up the Contract and lets get this thing cleared up.
