When you sing Christian songs to worship the Lord isn't that the same as memorization if you did not mean the lyrics? Or kinahanglan pa ba ta mag compose pirmi ug atong kanta? Gi memorize man nimo o dili, ang importante nakasabot ka sa imong gi sulti ug imo kining gi kinasing-kasing pag batyag.

if you read your bible guys u'll understand everything..Lord knows everything bout us..we just want to point out that prayer is a way communicating to our GOd..iisa lang ang panginoon ntin ryt?
like nga s mga sinasbi nila and from the bible..Jesus tot us how to pray..THe Lord's prayer..but it doesnt mean nmn n un ang ipagdasal ntin araw araw..it is the pattern of how we pray..

Basin wala ko nimo masabti, korosukun. What I'm saying is that if it's okay to sing a song that someone else made to worship the Lord, what's wrong with saying a prayer Jesus once uttered himself? Kung ni kanta ka ug kanta nga dili ikaw ga himo unya imong i halad sa Ginoo nga kinasing-kasing, sama ra na sa nag ampo ka ug ampo nga dili ikaw ga himo unya imo sab nga gi halad sa Ginoo nga kinasing-kasing. Actually, I'm just repeating what Raikage already said.

when I pray, i start with adoring, praising and worshiping Him...Thanking him...seek for forgiveness and mercy...seek for graces and blessings...

I do also pray the prayers taught by our Catholic Church...I always pray the Rosary...

The Lord's prayer...the prayer taught by Jesus...is very powerful...

When I was kiid, magsakit akong bati-is human dula...akong buhaton pray ko Our Father or Glory Be while keeping the exhaled breath during praying at my hand...dayon akong ipahid sa akong bati-is...ok kayo ang feeling...mawala ang ngul-ngul...

When i pray, i always grateful for all the sufferings and graces. and even im in the deep of sufferings right now, i didnt ask for the rest, all i need is the energy( HIS Grace) to sustain, theres nothing to ask for this life but the Happy ending(Happy death) to end this torment. Life here (on Earth) is so Short... And cant trust my self in all things, im the damnist man ever live in this world- the weakest and poorest among the poor, talentless, the nothing of all nothing. worst sinner among the sinners...

That's how i recognize my self everyday, every seconds, every minute, every moment of my life. there's nothing to boast of but recognizing im a dirt one.. How much more if i pray? Yeah i'm a piece of dust!

Jesus didn't command us to pray the "Lord's Prayer", exactly as it is... but then again, He never forbade us, either. just my two cents.

singing is different from prayer mn gd... incomparable mn na siya... prayer is talking to God... so, dli na nimo balik-balikon... use your own words... Jesus taught us how to pray... Lord's prayer is his example... naa sa bibliya... Jesus said, "this is how you should pray..."
