Go with the MSI more bang for the buck IMO. Also bought my fiancee this laptop.

We cant really ask for more especially about build quality and battery life while trying to lower the price and maintain better performance.

For build quality there are always UMPCs with better build and longer battery life but the performance is not that comparable to the Atom chip and the price difference is huge too.

There is also the HP mini 1000 which has a great design that start at $359 (in the US).

I tried both, but isettled with none of them. Now, im using the Lenovo S10.

Asus has great online support but the unit is a bit pricy (for its specs) and offered only 3cells battery.
MSI is ok with the price and specs but lacks the bluetooth an is a bit bulkier (thicker).

My Lenovo S10 comes with the same specs as both MSI and Asus. But is cheaper, with more specs (bluetooth and 6cells battery), great after sales support, light and thinner than the MSi wind.

bro, the Asus 1000H would be better to get as it has the same hdd capacity as the Wind and what's more comes with the 6cell battery.

By the way, does your s10 come with the 6-cell battery? How much did you get your S10. Seems like S10 is more expensive than the Asus eeepc 1000H in some stores.

MSI Wind has a great keyboard. If you like it enough, you may want to wait up for the LG X110 which is a Wind ripoff but slightly looks better and with bluetooth. It even has a variant where it has 3.5G built in.
