i know nga normal na sa part sa call center... pero naa man pod ko'y nadunggan about sa qualfon... although akong nadunggan is negative baya... mga taga qualfon pa jud...

i dunno if it's true that nag-mass resignation daw ang mga taga qualfon ngadto... if it's true, then naa jud problema ang qualfon jud... kay daghan daw nagplano mag mass resignation pag october palang... pero kipaabot ang 13th month pay b4 sila mag-resign...

wen? as far as i know, daghan man ug agents ngadto.. more than 1000 man guro... PAG SURE dinha oi... if your just making this up.. just make sure SAKTO.

The management has something to do with how an employee view the company he's connected wui...in fact kung mag mass termination ang qualfon naa jud reason ang mga employees....maybe they can't take it anymore or whatsoever...bati jud siguro ang pagdala sa management team sa ilang mga employees...

Lol... mass termination. according to my friend here... you must be like a year old not connected to qualfon as far as your comments go... pros and cons... that's what i can say.

whatever reasons are... i'm just glad that these companies are here to give jobs to our fellow filipinos... that's the possitive side i see...

The main fact is that nag tuyok tuyok na sa ubang comapnies ang ang mga agents. Pareho da sa crew sa mga fastfood na nakaagi sa laing companies... so maka compare gyud ka unless you prefer to stick to a single company until who knows when...

what can we do if you already started it... and i really dont like it when somebody starts with a negative post. im not to defend both companies.. ang ako lang kay pasalamat ko nga naa na sila kay naka hatag ug dugang nga job deri cebu.

"asay bati" --> post from TS.... is that a way to weigh a company? come to think of it... TS can always re-construct his/her question ANYTIME to something possitive, like which is a good company

i have nothing againts this, but i'll comment to it... there are a lot of agents from different call centers nga lupad2x lang... and there are those who prefer to stay... some are just trying to find which company best fit them... some of them get terminated... some are just too jumpy.... and a lot of more reasons.

which leaves me saying: pros and cons are always there... naay part ana sa company... naa pud sa mga employees/agents.
