Exclamation Somebody who can build me this switch

    I need a special switch:

A switch attached to a wall, and pressed by a closed door.
If the door opens, the light should turn on. When the door is closed, the light should turn off automatically 3-5 seconds later (fade off, or just turn off).

Anybody can build me something like that?
Its for my home theater room, the entrance. If visitor open the door, the light at the entrance should turn on automatically, and turn off 3-5 seconds after they close the door.

    Note: Its for 220V.

If you can build it or have further questions, pls. pm me here, email me info@binarycebu.com or text me 0917-9932051.

    Need it urgent!

its so easy sir G. you need normally close switch/relay.
put this in line of your light.
when switch is press (close door), ckt is open.
when switch is unpress (open door), ckt is close.

Yes, but a) I did not find the switch needed until now (trying tomorrow AC/DC) and b) I might like the fade out (via capacitor for example).

I got the switch already, and installed it. All works well, except I have not yet build the electronic to fade out the light. It just turns off currently when the door is closed.

    Thanks for all the suggestions.
